Word Play Writing Prompts

  1. A dandelion, a slender stem, a neck of green pushing up through the concrete. The gardner tugs to take its life but, if the gardner doesn't get all the root, the dandelion will live again. Poor gardener. He will never conquer the lowly dandelion.

    1. You work fast, Delores---I just posted this. I like the "neck of green". Isn't it ironic how somethings so small as a dandelion just cannot be conquered? Thanks for giving this a try!
